Nursery Fees
Statement of intent
This Nursery Fees Policy has been established to provide transparent fee information, set
procedures for the payment of fees and create a framework for dealing with non-payment in
a swift and fair manner.
Nurtured Education aims to provide a high quality Early Years education and care at an
affordable price.
We will work with parents to claim benefit entitlement related to nursery fees such as
Working Tax Credits and free childcare entitlement. We want parents to be able to make the
most of the funded childcare available to them.
Parents should be aware of, and given access to, this policy and the Nursery’s procedures. It
will be included on the Nursery’s website and made available to view at the Nursery on
request.
Fees from April 2026
We offer an all year round service for 50 weeks of the year or a term time only which is 38
weeks of the year. We are closed weekends and bank holidays.
All our sessions are flexible and parents can select their hours between our opening hours of
8am to 6pm.
We require a minimum of 3 hour booking per day of attendance and a minimum of 10 hours
over 2 days. (we do not accept booking for 1 day a week)
We require a one of Registration Fee £75 to guarantee a place in advance. This funds
settling in sessions which may not be funded and admin fees.
Our hourly rates for non funded hours are:
Under 2’s - £10
2 year old - £9
3 and Over - £8.50
All inclusive day rate - £85.00 All ages to include all food.
Full Day 8am - 6pm
Additional charges not covered by Government funding
Meals/Snacks as listed below:
Breakfast -50p per day
Morning snack - 50p per day
Nursery Cooked Lunch -£3 per day
Afternoon Snack - 50p per day
Evening 'supper' - £1 per day
Optional Consumables: Nappies and Wipes £1 per day
Nursery Trips and additional activities School trips/ additional activities - Variable
We may ask for parental contributions towards activity costs.
Late Payment charge - Per month £10
Late Collection fee - If you are later than agreed time and for every 30 minutes late.
£15 per hour if before 6pm , £25 if after 6pm for first 15minutes, £30 after 30 minutes.
£50 if an hour late.
Registration Fee
A one off Fee to secure space, fund settling in sessions and admin costs £75
(this funds up to 7 hours settling in session to be arranged with Room lead or
manager)
All invoices are sent out at the beginning of each month via famly and fees are payable by
the last Friday of the month.
A late payment fee of £10 will be added to your account if not paid my the end of the
month.
